An initial fitness assessment and subsequent one-on-one sessions built around your current and desired physical conditions as part of your personalized program including strength training, cardiorespiratory conditiing, myofascial release, spinal alignment, injury rehabilitation,  and weight management.

stretch & release

ASA! Body PT offers the full spectrum of fitness. The more you work, the more you have to maintain. Take advantage of these stretch and release sessions based on Myofascial release methods to reduce soreness, facilitate circulation, and reduce joint pain by returning muscles to their proper length/tension relationships. 

Program design

Want to work out on your own? Not sure what to do? After an online or in-person fitness assessment, receive a 4 workout program and dietary guidelines based on your fitness goals and current physical condition.
